Job summary

Spectrum, part of Charter Communications, is seeking a Manager, Business Sales to lead a high-performing field-based sales team serving small and medium-sized businesses. You will mentor Account Executives, drive pipeline, and help the team exceed budgeted sales goals across our Spectrum solutions.

You will spend most of your time in the field, organize territory plans, monitor progress, and ensure rigorous reporting while expanding customer relationships and delivering outstanding experiences.

• Previous experience leading a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to coach Account Executives to exceed targets.
• Strong planning and analytical skills to develop territory plans.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead, and motivate a team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets.
• Spend 80% in the field supporting the team and 20% on administrative tasks.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive team territory plan with sales goals.
• Resolve customer issues impacting sales operations and maintain efficiency.
• Organize regular team meetings to share updates on tools, processes, and products.
• Recruit, train and coach Account Executives, including performance reviews.
• Oversee daily funnel activity for sales reps, including contacts, presentations, and sales.
• Ensure accurate completion of administrative tasks and reporting for all sales activities.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum’s product offerings and competitive landscape.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Recruit, train and coach Account Executives, handling employee relations, performance reviews and ensuring training compliance
• Oversee daily funnel activity for individual sales representatives, including contacts,presentationsand sales
• Ensureaccuratecompletion of administrative tasks and reporting for all sales activities
• Maintain detailed knowledge of Spectrum’s product offerings, marketplace trends and competitive landscape, while building positive relationships with customers and partners

The base pay for this position generally is between $57,400.00 and $95,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $73,000.
