Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a Product Manager for Care Management solutions to lead strategic planning and drive deployment across healthcare environments. You will define concepts, use cases, features, and growth strategies while communicating updates to customers and stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (nursing preferred) with 5+ years of product management in healthcare enterprise solutions, plus strong project management and planning experience.

• Gather and analyze feedback from sales, marketing, development, and the field.
• Capture market needs and define requirements for capabilities, features, performance and interface design with client and promote product benefits, capabilities, and value propositions through relationship with key customers.
• Prioritize, rationalize and ensure delivery of specific sub systems against product development timelines.
• Oversee business-level verification and market testing of new features.

Position Purpose: Responsible for all strategic and tactical planning activities and designs related to the development and deployment of Care Management solutions.

Pay Range: $107,700.00 - $199,300.00 per year
