Centene Corporation is seeking a strategic program leader to guide the execution of state and national initiatives within the Health Care product portfolio. You will oversee a large, complex budget and drive cross-functional collaboration across finance, analytics, and operations.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in managed care or related settings, and 3+ years of supervisory experience. A Master’s degree is preferred, with certification in project management advantageous.
Lead a team of professionals responsible for the strategic and operational execution of the strategic plan, typically including individual state initiatives as well as broad, national strategic efforts. Responsible for a large budget that is very complex in nature, in support of the Health Care product's strategic and business initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, related field, or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred. 5+ years of managed care experience in a HMO, MSO, provider managed care setting or related experience. 3+ years of supervisory/management experience.
Project Management Professional Certification preferred.
$107,700.00 - $199,300.00 per year
