- Collaborate with leaders and business process experts to advance harmonized business processes
- Lead business process design and solution design with IT Solution Lead partners
- Facilitate rapid decisions and completion of key scope decisions and business process documentation
- Support change management strategies and ensure user training effectiveness

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS, BA in Business Administration, or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of industry experience
- Strong understanding of sub-process “end to end” processes
- Ability to assess upstream and downstream process impacts and compliance considerations
- Experience with major business systems or large-scale transformational projects
