Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation seeks an experienced ERP testing leader to drive enterprise-level testing programs across digital initiatives and major transformations. You will liaison between business and technology teams to ensure aligned vision, governance, and successful delivery of ERP testing events.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering/IT/CS with 7+ years in ERP testing, plus preference for a Master’s degree and experience with SAP, Jira, and Xray.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or CS required.
• 7+ years’ experience leading ERP implementation test events preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-level ERP testing programs and events across Digital and the wider business.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align business and technology objectives.
• Identify program risks and opportunities and proactively manage dependencies and governance.
• Drive cost reduction and quality improvements in testing using AI and other enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Oversight

• Drive strategic partnership, planning, and delivery across Digital and the wider business.
• Enable the successful execution of enterprise-level priorities and major transformation initiatives.
• Act as a trusted liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring unified vision and execution.

Test

• Continuously test, validate, and align business objectives with technology investments and operational goals to ensure they deliver measurable outcomes and long-term value.

Quality

• Ensure the highest standards of delivery by translating business needs into high-quality, actionable strategies, roadmaps, and solutions that demonstrably improve performance.

Governance & Controls

• Lead and coordinate complex programs, initiatives, and cross-functional efforts.
• Proactively manage dependencies, project risks, and governance.
• Oversee end-to-end execution to ensure absolute transparency, accountability, and successful project delivery.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Design forward-thinking solutions that accelerate the enterprise-wide adoption of new digital capabilities.
• Champion and support sustainable organizational change and continuous operational enhancement.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science
• 7+ years’ experience leading ERP implementation test events

Preferred Requirement

• Master’s Degree
• Understanding of test automation and knowledge of SAP functional flows
• Proficiency with Jira and Xray configuration and test management
• Experience working in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
• Manage and drive global ERP testing events
• Identify and communicate program risks and opportunities
• Drive the cost of testing down and quality up with AI and other improvements

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.

Other Compensation

Thisposition is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
