This role requires proven experience of partnering with senior business stakeholders, ability to drive several initiatives in parallel, and a highly iterative approach to developing tools that rapidly create value for end users. Expect to be very hands-on and also lead a small, high-performing team of BI analysts (currently two resources in a different time zone) providing technical direction, mentorship, and day-to-day prioritization.

Deep PowerBI knowledge is required. Familiarity with and passion for applying other BI and data analytics techniques are encouraged, but proven Power BI experience is a must.

  • Explore and apply AI/LLM technologies to surface BI analysis and visualizations in "headless" mode directly within AI assistants and the workflow systems where the business already works.
  • Enhance self-service capabilities by helping end-users to use AI to extract insights directly from dashboards without requiring deep PowerBI expertise.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BI analysts across time zones, providing day-to-day guidance, technical direction, and prioritization support.
  • Architect and review dashboard and analytical solutions developed by the team, ensuring quality, scalability, and alignment with business needs.
  • Manage and triage a portfolio of analytics requests and initiatives in parallel, driving progress and communicating status clearly to stakeholders.
