Proofpoint is seeking a Manager of Business Intelligence in the Customer Office to lead design and development of advanced dashboards and drive analysis for Customer Success leadership. You will mentor a small team and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights that power retention and expansion. As Manager, Business Intelligence in the Customer Office organization, you will lead the design and development of advanced BI dashboards and drive analysis to help Customer Success leadership to make critical decisions and run the business. The tools that you and your team develop will drive insights to power customer retention, expansion, and success strategies.
This role requires proven experience of partnering with senior business stakeholders, ability to drive several initiatives in parallel, and a highly iterative approach to developing tools that rapidly create value for end users. Expect to be very hands‑on and also lead a small, high‑performing team of BI analysts (currently two resources in a different time zone) providing technical direction, mentorship, and day‑to‑day prioritization.
Deep PowerBI knowledge is required. Familiarity with and passion for applying other BI and data analytics techniques are encouraged, but proven PowerBI experience is a must.

Base Pay Range: 136,200.00 - 199,760.00 USD
