Job summary

Patch My PC is seeking an experienced hands-on Manager, Business Intelligence Architecture to design and lead our enterprise data and BI capabilities. You will build a scalable data warehouse and spearhead data integration across finance, revenue operations, customer success and people teams.

As a leader, you will evaluate cloud platforms, establish data models, and deliver meaningful insights on SaaS revenue, retention and operational KPIs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture or BI.
• Experience designing scalable data warehouses and integrating data across multiple business systems.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, database architecture and data integration expertise.
• Hands-on with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure-based data solutions or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau for reporting.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical recommendations for business and executive stakeholders.

• Serve as a technical center of excellence for enterprise data management while providing hands-on leadership and guidance to a growing BI function.
• Own project delivery, proactively resolve technical challenges and communicate progress, risks and recommendations to stakeholders.

Patch My PC is looking for an experienced hands‑on Manager, Business Intelligence Architecture to build and lead our enterprise data and business intelligence capabilities.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will design and establish a scalable enterprise data warehouse, integrate data across business systems and create the foundation for reliable, historical reporting and business insights. You will partner with leaders across Finance, Revenue Operations, Customer Success and People to improve how you organize, access and use data to make informed business decisions.

We're looking for a builder who has successfully developed enterprise data environments, brings strong technical judgment and takes ownership from strategy through execution.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise data warehouses and integrating data across multiple business systems.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, database architecture and data integration expertise.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure-based data solutions or similar technologies.
• Experience evaluating data technologies and making architecture recommendations based on business requirements.
• Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical recommendations for business and executive stakeholders.
• Experience supporting enterprise reporting in a SaaS or recurring‑revenue business.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, financial systems and operational data sources.
