Patch My PC is hiring a hands-on Business Intelligence Specialist to build and maintain our enterprise data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.

You will work with data from multiple systems, develop reliable data structures, and support a centralized data warehouse to make data accessible for reporting and decision‑making. Join a growing BI function built from the ground up and drive impactful insights remotely in the U.S.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in BI, data integration, or related technical data roles.
• Strong SQL, relational databases, data models, and large datasets.
• Experience building data pipelines and integrating information from multiple systems.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure-based solutions.
• Experience with data transformation, data quality and historical data management.
• Working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
• Analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and independent problem solving.
• Ownership-driven mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.

About this Role:

Patch My PC is looking for a hands-on Business Intelligence Specialist to help build and maintain our enterprise data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.

In this role, you will work with data from multiple business systems, develop reliable data structures and support the creation of a centralized data warehouse. You'll play an important role in making business data accessible, accurate and useful for reporting and decision‑making.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex data challenges, takes ownership of technical deliverables and is excited to help build a new business intelligence function from the ground up.

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain data pipelines that extract, transform and integrate information from multiple business systems.


• Develop SQL queries, data models and database structures to support enterprise reporting.


• Support the implementation and ongoing development of a centralized enterprise data warehouse.


• Organize, clean and validate data to improve accuracy, consistency and reliability.


• Develop datasets and reporting solutions that support historical analysis, business performance tracking and operational KPIs.


• Partner with Finance, Revenue Operations and other teams to understand data requirements and troubleshoot integration or reporting challenges.


• Independently investigate data gaps, recommend solutions and deliver technical work with strong ownership and accountability.

What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, data integration, database development or related technical data roles.


• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases, data models and large datasets.


• Experience building data pipelines and integrating information from multiple systems.


• Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure-based data solutions or similar technologies.


• Experience with data transformation, data quality and historical data management.


• Working knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.


• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting skills and the ability to independently solve technical problems.


• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Salesforce, financial systems or other enterprise SaaS applications.


• Familiarity with recurring-revenue metrics and operational reporting.


• Experience helping build or improve data infrastructure in a growing organization.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Base Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 based on experience and location.
