How you will make history here...

The Business Intelligence Manager has responsibility for developing business intelligence solutions to sales technology needs in conjunction with the Sr. Manager, Project STAR, the DSD Technology Solutions team, and IT Partners.

This role is fully remote with Philadelphia, PA area being the preferred geography. We are open to other areas for the right candidate.

What you will do...
  • Responsible for assisting in the design, development, and support for the field sales applications and Independent Distributor Partner (IDP) tools.
  • Core to this role will be participating on a team to develop a new sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform (STAR). This initiative is managed as an agile project and includes numerous features over time. This role will offer a very hands-on opportunity to influence the platform functionality and experience.
  • Responsible for the creation, integration, and customization of reporting metrics, KPIs, and insights into the STAR Application and Website platforms.
  • Documents the Acceptance Criteria and updates User Stories in Azure DevOps for features developed for the STAR Application and Website.
  • In addition to the new platform, the incumbent will also be responsible for maintaining legacy applications and tools including Flowfinity, MicroStrategy, Power BI, and IDP Websites.
  • Partner with IT and the Enablement team on project management (Blueprinting, development, testing, deployment plan, change management).
  • Work cross-functionally to build and document future closed-loop processes and enforce compliance with KPI reporting, etc.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to work with a large and dynamic sales organization.
  • Ability to work with legal and other cross-functional teams to review processes, tools, and materials to ensure compliance with guidelines and policies.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate to technical solutions.
  • Ability to quickly pick up new technologies.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve questions asked by the Front Line Sales team regarding tools, processes, and data.
  • Ability to prioritize several competing requests and manage demands from multiple key stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify and implement creative solutions to problems.
  • Must be capable of managing a heavy workload and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be proactive, able to work independently, and drive responsibilities forward.
  • Must look for opportunities to continually improve and streamline.

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 8+ years of combined Sales, Analytical, IT experience.
  • Extensive experience and proficiency with data visualization tools.

  • Strong partnering and collaboration skills, particularly with field sales and IT.
  • Design and development experience in Power BI, Flowfinity, or other Advanced Analytics tools.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, SFA systems is very helpful.
  • Knowledge of Masterdata and Databases.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented.
  • A positive, 'can do' attitude is essential.
Working Conditions

Modest amount of travel required to headquarters and field locations.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $114,200 and $164,100. Actual pay depends on location, experience, skills, and education.
