Business Development Executive – CDMO Sales

Location: Western US – Remote

What You’ll Be Doing

• Cultivating and expanding new and existing client relationships across the Western U.S.
• Strategically planning and executing territory-specific sales initiatives
• Driving lead generation and qualifying opportunities in the OSD/CDMO space
• Attending trade shows, conferences, and networking events to boost brand visibility
• Collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs
• Supporting contract negotiations and managing deal closure
  
  

About You

• Background in Biology, Chemistry, or related scientific field (BS or MS preferred)
• Experience selling within the OSD market or CDMO sector
• Deep knowledge of oral solid dosage formulation and manufacturing processes
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a consultative, relationship-driven approach
• Comfortable with up to 60% travel across a broad U.S. territory
