Job Description
We're looking for a Sr. Manager of Business Architecture to lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, data scientists, and analysts. This team operates at the intersection of innovation and GTM execution-powering field events, sales programs, and scalable market engagement.
This leader will be responsible for shaping the team's focus, guiding project prioritization, and empowering team members to proactively identify trends, build reusable solutions, and architect scalable platforms that support our go-to-market strategy. This is not a reactive role-this is about staying ahead of the curve, anticipating market shifts, and ensuring our programs are driven by insight, not inertia.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of developers, analysts, and data scientists to deliver impactful GTM enablement capabilities.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders to translate business goals into scalable architectural solutions and actionable insights.
Drive a forward-looking roadmap rooted in market signals, internal needs, and platform opportunities.
Identify gaps and opportunities in our current GTM systems, processes, and data infrastructure, and deliver innovative solutions that improve agility and effectiveness.
Build frameworks that unify data, tools, and decision-making logic to support sales programs and field marketing initiatives.
Champion reusability and modularity in tools, reporting, and solutions to reduce duplication and increase speed-to-execution.
Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement, encouraging the team to challenge norms and propose bold ideas.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in program management, GTM strategy, business intelligence, or a similar function, with 2+ years in a people management role.
Proven experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
Strong understanding of GTM strategies, including sales enablement, field marketing, and customer engagement programs.
Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and drive alignment across business and technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication and prioritization skills, with a bias toward action and business impact.
Responsibilities
Manages and controls all field marketing activities within the context of the overall corporate plan for the achievement of short and long term business objectives, increased profit and market control. Be an active member of the global Marketing team to ensure consistency of strategic marketing programs. Disseminate key corporate information to the line-of-business or geography operations pertaining to new product development/launches. Act as a liaison with managing directors to ensure that marketing activities are in support of sales plans. Direct marketing resources and budget to be deployed using the most appropriate marketing mix for the line-of-business or geography. Focus on best practice and continuous improvement in all business and management activities. Ensure consistency between global directions and line-of-business and single-geography implementation choices. Implement and monitor advertising campaigns on a global or geographic basis. Manage line-of-business/geographical social media strategy. Maintain necessary contact with major suppliers, agencies, customers, industry associations and government representatives to achieve marketing objectives. Provide effective performance management: set clear goals for all staff, provide regular feedback on performance and conduct a formal appraisal at the conclusion of the fiscal year. Manage the activities of the staff according to overall marketing strategies and budgets; through motivation and maintaining high level of individual / team performance. Implement organizational changes in line with changing business & market needs.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
