Qualifications

• Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, etc.) and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel on a limited basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist in total program reporting and financial reconciliations.
• Prepare and present weekly performance reports highlighting key drivers and trends.
• Manage program expense reporting, including forward-looking forecasts and postmortem analysis of actual performance.
• Support ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed.
• Meet with internal and external stakeholders to review and present data, crafting mutually compelling stories and strategies.

The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable and able to excel in a wide variety of areas – including data synthesizing, internal/external stakeholder management, and retail financial strategies.Furthermore, the ideal individual should be self-motivated, demonstrate executive presence, and be able to act as a strategic thought partner to both enterprise leaders and external clients. In this role, the Business Analytics & Financial Reporting Senior Manager will work cross-functionally with our inventory, supply chain, retail IT, digital product, marketing CMX, merchandising and store operations teams.Key responsibilities:* Assist in total program reporting and financial reconciliations. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
