Tricon-Residential is seeking an Analyst, Investments to support underwriting, portfolio analytics, and strategic forecasting for its U.S. single-family rental platform.

The role collaborates with senior leadership, investors, and partners, delivering precise analyses under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will build and stress-test financial models, conduct market research, prepare investment materials, and assist with due diligence and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, economics, finance, or related field.
• 0–3 years of relevant work or internship experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or real estate investments / asset management.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and communication skills; ability to synthesize complex analysis for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and stress-test financial models for acquisitions and fund models.
• Conduct investment management, portfolio analytics, and strategic forecasting across the SFR portfolio.

Our development programs are also delivering thousands of new rental homes and apartments as part of our commitment to help solve the housing supply shortage.Job DescriptionThe Analyst, Investments is a high-visibility junior investment role supporting institutional-scale underwriting, portfolio analytics, and strategic forecasting for one of the largest vertically integrated single-family rental platforms in the United States. They focus on Tricon's U.S. single-family rental business, contributing to investment management, portfolio and fund-level strategic analysis, strategic acquisitions, and corporate growth initiatives.This role directly supports decisions involving significant capital with senior management, executive leadership, institutional partners, and shareholders as the primary audience. The Analyst, Investments is expected to carry several competing deliverables at once, to see priorities shift as live transactions and investor requests move, and to be counted on for precision under compressed timelines.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein.
