Job summary

Alcon, the global leader in eye care, seeks a Manager of Brand Marketing for OTC in Fort Worth, TX. You will drive strategic marketing plans for Dry Eye & Ocular Health, conduct market research, and analyze competitors to inform business decisions across the portfolio.

You will lead cross-functional partnerships, develop integrated campaigns across digital, retail, and e-commerce, and manage budgets, launches, and agency relationships to optimize ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• 5 Years of relevant experience in brand marketing or OTC/pharma.
• Fluent in English, strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short- and long-range portfolio strategies for assigned brands.
• Lead creation and execution of annual brand plans to achieve sales and profitability objectives.
• Manage Alcon's Contact Lens Care and corporate brand portfolios; drive growth, commercialization and performance.
