An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Manager for their Branch in the Communications and Security Solutions division. This role encompasses the overall management of daily operations at a B2B retail location, driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a dedicated team. As the Manager - Branch (Security Sales), you will be responsible for the overall management of the daily operations of a B2B small-scale retail location in our Communications and Security Solutions division. You will manage staff, finances, merchandise, and drive sales and customer service. You will ensure best practices and quality standards are met to achieve key results and support company strategies. You will have an integrated leadership role including, but not limited to, warehouse and customer service duties.You will support a branch with a $1M - $5M revenue or less.

Working Environment: Outside Sales – Work is generally performed in an office environment, but employee may need to travel to customer sites or warehouse facilities. Driving may be required for an extended period of time with frequent stops and starts. Can be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
