Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, this manager will translate Trevor’s evolving Total Rewards strategy into well-run programs that employees experience as accessible, equitable, and reflective of Trevor’s mission and values.

This role is both highly hands-on and meaningfully strategic, operating across a fully-remote workforce comprised of union and non-union staff, and 24/7 shift workers. The Benefits & Compensation Manager will also serve as the back-up to the Senior Payroll Manager, providing payroll administration support during peak cycles, absences, or coverage needs. While deep payroll expertise is not required, familiarity with payroll fundamentals and a willingness to learn Trevor’s payroll operations are essential.
