Job description

Our client is a DC based Impact Investment firm that offers exceptional benefits, a great corporate culture and growth potential. The Marketing and Investor Relations Manager will support capital raising activities, manage marketing and investor relations activities, draft marketing materials and client communications and assist with IR and Board reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support capital raising activities:
  • Identify potential RFPs and RFIs and prepare materials,
  • Track potential investors by fund and consultant,
  • Monitor eVestments & P&I,
  • Communicate regularly with investment consultants and analysts.
• Oversee and run weekly marketing meetings. Compile and track marketing and IR activities.
• Manage and coordinate marketing and executive participation at conferences, meetings and presentations.
• Liaise between the marketing team, investor relations and senior management.
• Draft marketing materials, press releases and client communications.
• Assist with Board of Trustee reporting.
• Update Fund Trustees and allocations in Salesforce.
• Assist with and back up HIT Investor Relations month-end and quarter end duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS/BA in Communications, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 5-8 years of progressive experience is required.
• Experience in the investment/asset management industry is strongly preferred
• Experience managing people & processes, including process improvement and change management.
• Strong leadership experience; able to work in a matrixed organization to advance priorities.
• Strong research and analytical skills; strong organizational skills; deadline oriented
• Strong content writing & designing presentation skills
• Project management experience is a plus

Compensation:
$125,000-$150,000 base + health insurance, pension, 401K match, paid time off.
