  • Advance the company’s AI-native goals by identifying high-impact use cases, driving thoughtful AI adoption across the team, and partnering on tools and workflows that improve speed, quality, and control.
  • Partner closely with Compliance, Legal, Product, Engineering, and external banking partners to strengthen controls, resolve issues quickly, and support operational readiness for new workflows and product changes.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying root causes, refining procedures, and advancing automation that increases throughput without compromising control quality.
  • Translate frontline insights into clear reporting and actionable recommendations for leadership, surfacing trends, risks, and process gaps that matter to the broader Banking Operations strategy.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in US banking operations, payments operations, compliance operations, or a related function within a bank, fintech, or other regulated financial services environment.
