The Role

  • Develop a target-state architecture connecting partner relationship management, marketing automation, CRM, event management, co-marketing workflows, content systems, data platforms, and reporting capabilities.
  • Translate business requirements from Partner Marketing and regional marketing teams into scalable technical capabilities, system requirements, integration needs, and prioritized use cases.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to evaluate platform capabilities against business needs, architecture standards, cost, security, integration requirements, and support needs.
  • Establish measurable success criteria for roadmap initiatives, including adoption, operational efficiency, data quality, campaign scalability, and visibility into partner engagement.
Campaign, Events and Co-Marketing Enablement
  • Design scalable frameworks for partner campaigns, including partner recruitment, co-marketing campaigns, communication programs, events, partnership summits, and ongoing partner engagement.
  • Define the technology and data framework for partner co-branded events and partner summits, including registration, consent, data-sharing, lead routing, engagement tracking, and reporting.
  • Create reusable campaign workflows, templates, approvals, compliance controls, and payment processes that improve speed and consistency for event and co-marketing campaigns.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP
  • Serve as the main Marketing Operations partner for Partner Marketing. Lead initiatives from discovery and design through testing, launch, adoption, and improvement while communicating priorities, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
  • Build alignment across Channel Sales, Field Marketing, Privacy, Technology, I&E Sales Operations, Reporting, and Operations to define standards for partner identification, segmentation, data quality, lifecycle management, system ownership, and operational support.
  • Develop rollout plans, communications, training, and documentation for new partner marketing capabilities.
DATA GOVERNANCE, REPORTING & ANALYTICS
  • Collaborate with strategy, data, and reporting teams to operationalize marketing KPIs, attribution, and performance insights.
  • Define controls for partner-provided data, co-branded campaigns, joint audiences, lead-sharing arrangements, and marketing permissions.
  • Ensure partner marketing solutions align with enterprise privacy, security, legal, and data-retention requirements.
  • Monitor platform adoption, workflow efficiency, campaign throughput, data completeness, integration performance, and user experience feedback. Use these insights to improve the roadmap, platforms, and processes.
All About You

  • Experience working in partner-led, channel, alliance, or ecosystem models, with an understanding of indirect customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Five or more years of experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms. Experience with Salesforce, partner management (Impartner, Vistex), event (Cvent), project management (Adobe Workfront), and B2B marketing platforms is preferred.
