Plan, coordinate, and execute audits in accordance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (U.S. GAAP) and U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (U.S. GAAS). Develop and implement audit plans, including risk assessment, audit scope, and objectives. Review financial statements, accounting records, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness under International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of audits and resolution of findings. Stay up to date on regulations including U.S. GAAP, U.S. GAAS, ISA, and IFRS, accounting standards, and industry best practices to ensure compliance. Mentor a team of auditors, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Communicate audit results to management and stakeholders. Pursue business development opportunities. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks.

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Must have an active New York CPA license.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: Conducting financial and operational audits; Applying U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP); Applying U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS); Applying International Standards on Auditing (ISA); Applying International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS); Testing internal accounting procedures and communicating findings to clients; Providing audit services to clients that report under IFRS and GAAP; Performing auditing procedures consistent with the requirements of ISA and GAAS; and Using Microsoft PowerBI, Alteryx, and Excel to perform risk assessment and substantive audit procedures.

Travel to various locations throughout the U.S. up to 5% is required.

Telecommuting may be permitted within commutable distance from the office location depending on business need.

SALARY: $142,646 - $172,500 per year
