Villa Restaurant Group is looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our Dos Toros location inside JFK Airport, Terminal 8. What You'll Do:

  • Lead daily operations to ensure smooth service and high guest satisfaction

  • Supervise, train, and develop team members

  • Ensure compliance with company standards, airport regulations, and safety guidelines

  • Manage inventory, ordering, and scheduling

  • Drive performance metrics including sales, labor, and cost control

  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience (fast casual or quick service preferred)

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Must be able to pass airport background screening and obtain a JFK security badge

  • Prior experience working in an airport or high-volume location is a plus
