Job summary

Sunbelt Modular, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to support the production manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely manufacturing.

The role emphasizes coordinating schedules, monitoring processes for quality and safety, supervising staff, and improving throughput while maintaining regulatory compliance. The position requires standing/walking in a production environment, an OSHA safety mindset, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and plant safety procedures.
• Bilingual (Preferred).

Position Objective:

This position will support the production manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure efficient, safe, and timely manufacturing processes that meet quality standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating production schedules and workflow to meet output targets
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards
• Supervise and support production staff, providing guidance and resolving operational issues
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure materials availability
• Analyze production data and assist in implementing process improvements
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements
