Job summary

Round Table Pizza is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts and to support a high-performing team.

You will coach Team Members, monitor food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction, and ensure safe, efficient service while upholding company policies. This on-site role offers growth toward store leadership and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of restaurant, retail, or leadership experience.
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Support and coach Team Members to ensure successful shift execution.
• Ensure food quality, recipe adherence, and portion control standards are maintained.
• Monitor guest service and address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure dining room, kitchen, restrooms, and work areas remain clean and organized.
• Complete opening, shift, and closing procedures accurately.
• Monitor labor deployment and productivity during shifts.
• Maintain cash-handling procedures and accountability standards.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and company policies are consistently followed.
• Verify completion of assigned shift tasks and operational checklists.
• Assist with training and development of new Team Members.
• Communicate operational issues, staffing concerns, or guest feedback to management.

The Shift Supervisor serves as a key leader during assigned shifts and helps ensure operational excellence, food quality, cleanliness, accountability, and guest satisfaction.

What You'll Do
