The Role:

You’ll lead client-facing transformation projects across the asset and wealth management space. That includes defining operating models, running current-to-future state assessments, managing vendor selections, supporting system implementations, and navigating evolving regulatory requirements.

You won’t just execute – you’ll shape strategy, mentor junior talent, and directly contribute to the growth of the business.

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of consulting or internal transformation experience within asset/wealth management
• Strong understanding of operations, performance, reporting, risk, and data in firms like asset managers, hedge funds, family offices, or private equity
• Experience leading projects like TOM design, systems implementation, or regulatory change
• Tools experience with platforms like Advent, eFront, iLevel, Yardi, Geneva, or Investran is a plus
• Comfortable working in client-facing roles with strong documentation, communication, and delivery skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to make an impact
