Clearway Energy Group is seeking a Manager, Asset Management to lead the commercial oversight of a large portfolio of wind and solar assets across multiple states. This hybrid role supports optimization of asset value, growth initiatives, and mentoring junior team members, with offices in Denver or San Diego.
The role requires 5+ years in energy/commercial roles, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong financial and communication skills. Expect a dynamic, finance‑driven environment.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Asset Management, the Manager, Asset Management will serve as a member of a team responsible for the commercial management of more than 4,000 MW of utility‑scale wind and solar power projects located across 16 states. The Manager will maximize the value of existing assets, play a key role in growth initiatives, and mentor more junior team members.
This is a hybrid role located in our San Diego or Denver offices.

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, relevant and demonstrated experience, education, training and certifications, and other factors permitted by law. This role is eligible to earn an annual cash bonus, subject to personal and company performance goals.
$120,000 — $160,000 USD
