Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, supply chain or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of front-end semiconductor manufacturing experience and demonstrated experience in people leadership, leading cross functional teams.
  • Proven ability to establish both immediate and future goals and guide groups to achieve business outcomes.
  • Advanced knowledge of Fab MES, capacity planning, floor scheduling, and line management systems with proven drive to automate processes and analyze data using Tableau, Python, and AI tools.
  • Strong conflict management, negotiation and prioritization skills.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will lead our Dry Etch, PCVD, Diffusion, Implant - Area Manufacturing Engineering team, responsible to mitigate capacity risks and support our operational commitments. Guiding and developing a high performing team, you will identify and handle systemic issues that support business plan tactics, promote a safety culture and implement improvements to keep development on schedule with program timelines and deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as an Industrial Engineering or Capacity management manufacturing leader and with Dry Etch, PCVD, Diffusion, Implant capacity management.

  • Demonstrated skill in mentoring and coaching team members.

  • Proven capability diagnosing issues and resolving underlying causes, communicating and presenting clearly, with solid collaboration and group-building abilities.

  • Experience in defining and implementing training and development initiatives.

  • Experience and/or interest in developing Agentic AI workflows into current or future processes.
