Job summary

You will build alignment programs, standardize best-known methods, and partner with technical teams to boost speed, quality, cost efficiency, and equipment performance. Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience as a Process or Equipment Owner in CVD or CMP.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong understanding of process and equipment systems, methods, and tools.
• Experience coordinating or leading site and global teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of alignment programs to standardize BKMs.
• Drive improvements in tool utilization, idle tool shutdown practices, POR–MOR gap closure, and global BKM deployment.
• Coordinate ESTA activities, recipe alignment, mismatch reduction, and defect improvement across technologies.
• Align PM procedures, qualifications, scrap reduction efforts, and recurrence prevention practices.
• Partner with global teams to define standards, implement improvements, and track progress to leadership.

• Strong understanding of process and equipment systems, methods, and tools
