CorroHealth, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to direct and optimize end-to-end revenue cycle operations from patient entry to adjudication in our Nashville office.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of management experience, strong MS Office skills, and a proven ability to analyze processes, supervise offshore resources, and implement performance metrics to maximize cash collections.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, direct, and coordinate revenue cycle operations from point of entry to adjudication.
• Develop and implement third-party revenue cycle processes and efficiencies.
• Ensure revenue cycle policies, procedures and standards are compliant and updated timely.
• Experience in managing offshore resources across multiple time zones and ensure effective communication.
• Provide upper management with revenue cycle status including reports, metrics, and presentations.
• Develop, monitor, and assess business metrics to refine processes and maximize cash collections.
• Identify external benchmarks and establish internal goals.
• Implement client-specific performance measures and monitoring tools and respond to issues.
• Evaluate employee performance and address performance management concerns.
• Ensure Key Performance Indicators are met.
• Continuously analyze and report staffing requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, direct, and coordinate revenue cycle operations from point of entry to accurate adjudication of patient accounts, managing inventory from integration to close.
• Develop and implement third party revenue cycle processes and efficiencies.
• Ensure revenue cycle policies, procedures and standards are appropriate, compliant and updated timely.
• Experienced in managing offshore resources across multiple time zones, ensuring effective communication, workload distribution, and project delivery.
• Regularly provide upper management with revenue cycle status including reports, metrics, and presentations.
• Develop, monitor, and assess business metrics to refine processes and maximize cash collections.
• Identify external benchmarks and establish internal goals.
• Implement client specific performance measures and monitoring tools, and quickly and proactively respond to revenue cycle issues.
• Evaluate employee performance; educate, guide, counsel and develop staff and address performance management concerns.
• Ensure that Key Performance Indicators are met.
• Continuously analyze and report staffing requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors in Business or Healthcare Management preferred
• Minimum 3 years management experience
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word & Outlook) is required
• Proficiency in reading, writing and arithmetic to investigate claims issues, appeal denied claims, and understand how to apply contract rates
• Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work efficiently, in an organized fashion, and meet daily and monthly department performance goals

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
