Edmentum is a remote-first company focused on AI-enabled learning solutions. We seek a Manager, Applied AI Research to lead a team that designs studies proving reliability, validity, and fairness of AI features.
You will partner with product, technology, and policy teams to guide decisions and advance responsible AI in education. The role requires a doctorate in a relevant field and 8+ years in research with 2–3 years of people leadership.

At Edmentum, we think that question deserves real evidence. As Manager, Applied AI Research, you will lead the team that produces it. You will design the studies that test whether our AI-enabled features are reliable, valid, and fair, and you will carry those findings into the rooms where product and policy decisions get made. Your work will shape both what we build and how the broader education community understands responsible AI in the classroom.

Pay range for this role:
$145,000 - $155,000 USD

Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
