Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in enterprise application development, implementation, integration, and support.
- Experience leading developers, technical teams, and complex application initiatives.
- Experience with ServiceNow development, configuration, workflows, and integrations.
- Experience with one or more enterprise ERP platforms: Oracle Fusion / Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or comparable platform.
- Experience designing and delivering scalable enterprise application solutions.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, middleware, and data interfaces.
- Knowledge of architecture, security, SDLC, testing, DevOps, and release-management practices.
- Experience with modernization, automation, and debt reduction.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-management, and technical-leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver enterprise application solutions aligned with business and technology strategies.

- Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions and application designs.

The Manager, Applications Development reports to theHead of Enterprise Applications, and plays a pivotal role in driving enterprise digital transformation through the design, development, integration, and modernization of business-critical applications. This role leads the delivery of scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions that streamline business processes, enable automation, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate business value. Partnering closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology leaders, this role translates strategic business priorities into integrated digital capabilities, drives application development excellence, and helps build a connected, agile, and future-ready enterprise technology ecosystem.

Where you will work
This role falls into our hybrid work model, which is 2-days work from home (Friday and Monday) and 3-days in the office (Tuesday through Thursday) to optimize collaboration, relationship building and key stakeholder engagement and may require some travel as needed.
Compensation
The pay range offered for this position is $135100 - $185800 annually. A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives
