Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago seeks a Manager, Application Development to lead Agile delivery across 10+ software teams and 100+ applications. Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology delivery, software development delivery, business analysis, Agile delivery, or related IT experience, including 3+ years managing teams.
• Proven success leading Agile delivery practices across multiple software delivery teams using Scrum, Kanban, Azure DevOps, backlog management, stakeholder engagement, delivery metrics, and continuous improvement methods.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, including solution delivery, requirements definition, application development, testing, release readiness, production support, risk management, and operational considerations.
