Job summary

Komodo Health is seeking an Analytics Services Manager to ensure high-quality analytics solutions are delivered to clients. You will manage a team of consultants, oversee complex analytics projects, and foster client relationships to drive satisfaction and business growth. A key focus will be on integrating AI into workflows to enhance efficiencies.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare analytics. Strong communication and project management skills are musts. This position offers a hybrid work model across the US.

This role exists on the Analytics & Insights team to ensure the delivery of high‑quality analytics products and services to our clients. The Analytics Services Manager plays a crucial role in driving client satisfaction, business growth, and innovation within the company.

  • Successfully delivered complex analytics projects on time and within budget, exceeding client expectations with a strong focus on enabling customers with AI‑based analytics solutions. Led presale feasibility for prospective customers and projects
  • Built strong, collaborative relationships with key client stakeholders, resulting in high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Led a team of high‑performing consultants. Developed the skills and capabilities of team members, fostering a high‑performing and engaged team culture.

  • Manage a team of high‑performance consultants, including responsibility for managing team workflow, professional development, and performance evaluations.
  • Manage a portfolio of analytics engagements, lead and support team to successfully execute analytical projects and AI enablement from scoping and planning to execution and delivery.
  • Developing and integrating agentic AI processes to support scaling and efficiency of internal workflow and customer engagements
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Data Science, Engineering, and Product Management, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in healthcare analytics, incorporating new insights and technologies into our service offerings.
What you bring to Komodo Health (required)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare analytics or related field, with a proven track record of delivering analytics solutions to clients.
  • Past experience with people management
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and AI fluency

  • Experience with cloud‑based analytics platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.

Benefits and Compensation

The pay range for the job posting reflects a minimum and maximum range of annual base pay that we reasonably expect to pay for this position within the US. The starting annual base pay for this role is listed below. This position may be eligible for performance‑based bonuses as determined in the Company’s sole discretion and in accordance with a written agreement or plan. This role may also be eligible for equity awards. In addition, this role is eligible for benefits including, but not limited to, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance; flexible time off and holidays; 401(k) with company match; disability insurance and life insurance; and leaves of absence in accordance with applicable state and local laws and regulations and company policy.

San Francisco Bay Area and New York City:

$175,000 — $195,000 USD

All Other US Locations:

$152,000 — $175,000 USD
