This role exists on the Analytics & Insights team to ensure the delivery of high‑quality analytics products and services to our clients. The Analytics and Insights Manager plays a crucial role in driving client satisfaction, business growth, and innovation within the company.

These are the essential job duties you will be responsible for …

• Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of analytics projects, from scoping and planning to execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Data Science, Engineering, and Product Management, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and performance, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in healthcare analytics, incorporating new insights and technologies into our service offerings.

What you bring to Komodo Health (required)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
• 3‑6 years of experience in healthcare analytics or related field, with a proven track record of delivering analytics solutions to clients.
• Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing client relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.

Additional skills and experience we’d prioritize (nice to have)…

• Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Experience with cloud‑based analytics platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations, such as HIPAA and GDPR.
• Advanced analytical skills, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and data visualization.

The pay range for each job posting reflects a minimum and maximum range of annual base pay that we reasonably expect to pay for this position within the US. We carefully consider multiple business‑related factors when determining compensation, including job‑related skills, work experience, geographic work location, relevant training and certifications, business needs and market demands.

The starting annual base pay for this role is listed below. This position may also be eligible for equity awards. In addition, this role is eligible for benefits including, but not limited to, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance; flexible time off and holidays; 401(k) with company match; disability insurance and life insurance; and leaves of absence in accordance with applicable state and local laws and regulations and company policy.

San Francisco Bay Area and New York City: $129,000 – $165,000 USD

All Other US Locations: $112,000 – $145,000 USD

Where You’ll Work

Komodo Health has a hybrid work model; we recognize the power of choice and importance of flexibility for the well‑being of both our company and our individual Dragons. Roles may be completely remote based anywhere in the country listed, remote but based in a specific region, or local (commuting distance) to one of our hubs in San Francisco, New York City, or Chicago with remote work options.
