Job summary

Veracyte is seeking a Manager, Business Analytics within the Sales Operations & Business Analytics (SOBA) Center of Excellence. You will serve as a strategic analytics partner across Commercial, Operations, Finance, and other functions, using advanced analytics, modeling, and automation to enhance revenue, operations, and decision-making.

You will design scalable analytical solutions with SQL, Python, Snowflake, Tableau and Power BI, build semantic data models, and collaborate with Data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.
• 6–8+ years in advanced analytics, BI, data science, or similar technical role.
• Expert-level SQL skills with complex joins, windowing, CTEs, and modeling.
• Strong Python programming with Pandas/NumPy/Scikit-Learn and visualization libs.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake/Redshift/Databricks/BIGQuery/Azure Synapse).
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI for dashboard development and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as analytics lead supporting Commercial, Finance, Operations, and related functions.
• Partner with leadership to prioritize analytics investments and define success metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable analytical value.
• Design and maintain scalable analytic solutions using SQL, Python, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI.
• Perform forecasting, segmentation, and predictive modeling to inform planning.
