Job summary

Nordstrom is seeking an Alterations and Tailor Shop Manager in Atlanta to lead and develop the alterations team, coach staff, and ensure timely, high‑quality alterations following Nordstrom guidelines. You’ll recruit talent, educate on fit and procedures, and manage shop operations and labor expenses to support exceptional customer service.

With a focus on ownership and initiative, you’ll partner to deliver outstanding service and drive department results in a fast‑paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in alterations/tailoring required.
• Safe and proper use of all shop equipment required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers.
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and store needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• A high school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)

Pay Range: $66,000.00 - $105,000.00 Annual
