Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering or related field.
• Five years of experience managing AI, Automation, ML, or Data Science projects.
• Two years of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms and data technologies.
• Deep understanding of AI methodologies including supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
• Familiarity with GDPR/CCPA and ethical AI principles.
• Strong data security and privacy understanding.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in Python, R, Agents, Studio, Anthropic, Ansible, UIPath and AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects from ideation to deployment and maintenance.

The AI and automation Manager leads and oversees the planning, development, and implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) automation strategies and solutions within the organization. This role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring that AI-driven and automation projects align with business objectives, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering; or equivalent combination of education and experience. in related field.
• Five years of experience in managing AI, Automation, machine learning, or data science projects.
• Two years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms and data technologies.
• Deep understanding of AI methodologies, including supervised and unsupervised learning, NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and ethical principles in AI development.
• Strong understanding of data security, privacy, and ethical considerations in AI.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, R, Agents, Studio, anthropic, ansible, UIpath) and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
