Woodberry Associates seeks a Manager to join its growing team of dynamic professionals.

Based in Washington, DC, Woodberry Associates services its public affairs clients by identifying opportunities and risks, developing champions and allies, and navigating the legislative and regulatory process. Our team is creative, collaborative and committed to exceeding our clients’ expectations.

What You Do

• Support the Advocacy Management team in the management of health policy and advocacy initiatives
• Coordinate stakeholder outreach and collaboration
• Support meeting and event planning
• Conduct policy research and support development and promotion of advocacy resources
• Draft newsletters and other external communications

Your Skills

• 3-5 years of experience working in advocacy, policy or campaigns. Public affairs agency experience preferred.
• Interest in health care policy
• Understanding of legislative processes
• Strong written and verbal communications and persuasion skills
• Organized and task-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Adaptability to meet changing priorities
• Sense of initiative, looking for opportunities to innovate and improve
• Willingness to learn and incorporate feedback

Salary & Benefits

This is a full-time position based in Washington, DC with competitive salary, health insurance, 401(k) and paid vacation. Salary range: $70,000-$80,000.
