Our Advertising & Promotions team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, surfacing and monetizing relevant content that benefits our core audiences. We provide digital solutions to help advertisers reach DoorDash audiences. This role will be directly responsible for managing our SMB go-to-market strategy for our ads & promotions products.

About The Role

  • Own measurable business outcomes (OKRs), driving high level strategy and go-to-market execution for our Merchant audience
  • Bring product offerings to market both internally (for our account teams) and externally (for our merchants)
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to understand where there’s opportunity for improvement, and own the end-to-end development & execution of improved processes
  • Represent our merchant and account team needs to influence the Product roadmap accordingly
  • Partner with Product and Data Science to identify and deliver increased Merchant engagement with our tech platform

  • You have 6+ years of experience in consumer tech, food delivery, business operations, strategy, marketing, e-commerce, product marketing, or operations (advertising experience a plus)
  • Proven track record of leading projects, working cross-functionally, and delivering on results
  • Experience in an environment that is product or consumer-focused
  • Excellent analytical abilities (comfort with Excel required and SQL required)

Compensation

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

  • For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
  • For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within the United States.
