Regeneron is seeking a senior role that leads Accounting Operations systems and process optimization across Oracle modules to ensure a single source of truth for close and reporting. The Manager will drive standardization and automation, set cadence and standards, and deliver data-driven outputs to support monthly close and compliance.

• BS/BA in Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; 7+ years experience.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end configuration, maintenance, and governance of Oracle accounting apps across OPM, Order Mgmt, Inventory and Financials.
• Govern close calendars, templates, and submission protocols to drive timely, accurate financial results.
• Liaise with Accounting and IT to diagnose and resolve complex setup issues affecting close and reporting.
• Identify automation opportunities, assess feasibility, prioritize implementation, and measure efficiency gains.
• Translate business requirements into clear deliverables: functional specs, use cases, and flow diagrams.
• Conduct end-to-end testing for improvements, ERP upgrades, and project implementations with UAT sign-off.
• Partner with Manufacturing, SCM, and Corporate Finance to align master data and policies across modules.
• Deliver executive-ready outputs: reconciliations, variance analyses, KPI dashboards, and control health checks.

This role leads Accounting Operations systems and process optimization for biopharmaceutical manufacturing, ensuring a single source of truth across modules, plants, and functions. In addition to core responsibilities, the Manager drives standardization and automation across accounting and ERP workflows. The Manager sets cadence, standards, and systems discipline to deliver accurate, timely, and data-driven outputs that support monthly close, compliance, and operational decision-making.

A Day In The Life May Look Like

• Own end-to-end configuration, maintenance, and governance of accountings Oracle applications across OPM, Order Management, Inventory, and Financials
• Govern close calendars, achievements, templates, and submission protocols to drive accountability and timely, accurate financial results
• Liaise with Accounting and IT to diagnose and resolve functional setup issues and sophisticated system problems impacting close and financial reporting
• Engage with process owners to identify automation opportunities, assess feasibility, prioritize implementation, and measure realized efficiency gains
• Translate business requirements into clear deliverables: functional design specifications, use cases, and workflow/process diagrams
• Conduct end-to-end testing cycles for application improvements, ERP upgrades, and project implementations, with rigorous impact analysis and UAT sign-off
• Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Corporate Finance to align master data, mappings, and policies across modules for smooth close and reporting
• Deliver executive-ready outputs: reconciliations, variance analyses, issue logs with root-cause and corrective actions, KPI dashboards, and control health check

• Drive automation of recurring close reporting, reconciliations, exception dashboards, and data quality checks
• Partner with IT on improvements and UAT
• Define model structures, hierarchies, and master data standards that enable efficient consolidation, consistent mappings, and flexible scenario analysis.
• Standardize accounting definitions and cross-module controls for GL, AR, AP, FA, Inventory, and Order Management to reduce manual work and errors
• Identify and implement improvements that shorten cycle time, strengthen controls, and improve insights for stakeholders across Finance and Operations
• Translate ambiguous asks into structured solution options with assumptions, risks, effort estimates, and recommendations

To Be Considered For This Role, You Must Have

BS/BA in Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field; 7+ years experience
