Boyer & Ritter LLC in Camp Hill, PA is seeking a Manager-level Accountant to lead engagements within the Manufacturing & Distribution Practice Group. You will partner with clients, supervise staff, and drive high-quality accounting and advisory work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA or professional designation preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Experience supervising staff and marketing.
• Experience with manufacturing & distribution clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform higher level audit, review, and compilation engagements and supervise multiple engagements.
• Plan, supervise, review, and manage engagements with budgeting and realization.
• Handle complex accounting, auditing, and tax procedures.
• Maintain client communication throughout the year.
• Manage staff, including career development and performance.
• Present financial reports to clients at wrap-up meetings.
• Keep partner informed of engagement progress and issues.
• Prepare invoices and assist in collections.
• Develop personal marketing plan and firm marketing awareness.
• Participate in firm marketing to generate new revenue.
• Attend client and peer events.
• Engage in community/trade groups.
