Job summary

Subway in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a Restaurant Manager team member to oversee guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, and safety. You will manage inventory, staff recruiting, and store procedures while supporting local marketing initiatives and event promotions.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and effective communication with all levels of staff, ensuring compliance with health codes and POS operations. Training will be provided for all responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment with supervising/training staff.
• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members.
• Computer knowledge is essential.

PREREQUISITES

Education

High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

Experience

A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential.

Physical

Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
