Job summary

Subway is hiring a Manager in Stoney Hill, Ohio. The position offers $16-18 per hour, plus average tips of $2-4 per hour. This location is open Monday through Friday and closed on weekends.

As a Subway Team Leader, you will focus on eight key areas: guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, inventory control, local marketing, staff recruitment, safety, and teamwork. Job description

$16- 18 per hour, plus average tips of $2-4 per hour. This location is open Monday through Friday and closed on the weekends.

As part of the Subway® Team, you as a Manager will focus on eight main things:

In addition to the role of a Manager, key parts of your day to day will consist of:

PREREQUISITES

Education: High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential.

Physical

Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
