Job summary

The One Group in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, delivering memorable guest experiences. You will drive service excellence, develop the team, and monitor financial performance in a fast-paced dining setting.

You will oversee staffing, training, vendor relations, and adherence to safety standards while upholding our brand. A dynamic, high-energy environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or Hospitality Manager.
• Strong customer service focus with guest experience.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Acute financial management skills, with budgets and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or Hospitality Manager

• Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with the ability to educate staff on menus and ingredients


• Familiarity with restaurant management software (OpenTable, Avero, POS systems, etc.)


• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills


• Acute financial management skills, with experience handling budgets and P&L reports
