Requirements

Managers lead shifts each week, ensuring customers enjoy a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. Some managers also lead Departments. Their responsibilities may include managing assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results back to their team and other managers.

The Guest Service Department Manager’s responsibilities include ensuring crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, executing sales promotions, ensuring all service staff are trained in service procedures, and keeping the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas organized for best service.

The Kitchen Department Manager’s responsibilities include ensuring the restaurant delivers high‑quality food fast, maintaining food safety, controlling food cost, and training all kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.

The People Department Manager’s responsibilities include hiring qualified crew, training them well, and scheduling them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals. This manager also ensures crew get off to a good start and are recognized and motivated throughout their time working.

Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy working in the famously fast‑paced McDonald's environment.
