This role offers a base salary of $55,000 with potential quarterly bonuses; stand managers averaged $78k and could reach $110k in a strong year.

You will coach, train, and empower teammates, cover flexible hours from 5 a.m. to late nights, and handle busy shifts while keeping things clean and running smoothly.
