Job Summary

Altitude in Franklin is seeking an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a high‑performing team. The Manager is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining a safe and fun environment, and driving operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy setting.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Guest Experience

  • Oversee day‑to‑day park operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and efficiency
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
  • Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed consistently
  • Monitor park flow, staffing levels, and guest capacity

Team Leadership & Staffing

  • Recruit, train, coach, and supervise team members
  • Schedule staff to meet operational needs and manage labor effectively
  • Motivate employees and foster a positive, team‑oriented work culture
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback

Financial & Administrative Duties

  • Assist with budgeting, cash handling, and daily financial reporting
  • Monitor expenses and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Support sales initiatives, memberships, parties, and events

Facility & Safety Management

  • Ensure equipment and facilities are well‑maintained and operational
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams or vendors as needed
  • Enforce company safety standards and respond to incidents appropriately
