What You’ll Do

• Hire, train, and inspire a high-performing team
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences every day
• Oversee daily operations using company tools and systems
• Manage inventory and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Monitor store performance, KPIs, and cleanliness standards
• Handle cash management and ensure food safety compliance
• Implement company initiatives and operational programs

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma required (business or hospitality degree preferred)
