Culver's in Detroit is seeking a dedicated shift supervisor to lead the crew, ensure guest satisfaction, uphold quality, and maintain cleanliness. This role requires strong communication, team leadership, and adherence to food safety standards.
The position includes an 8-week training at another Culver's restaurant, paid at 40 hours per week, with ServeSafe certification covered at the end of training.
Maintains high standards of ethics and provides leadership, direction, and opportunity to the True Blue Crew to ensure that every guest who chooses Culver’s® leaves happy.
Will be required to complete 8 week training course at another Culver's Restaurant. Will be paid 40 hours a week during training and until restaurant opens. Must have ServeSafe certification at the end of the 8 week training course - we pay for all training.
Ability to foster and encourage open communication, teamwork and cooperation.
Results driven with minimum of two years leadership experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
ServeSafe certification is required and can be completed during 8 week training program.
