The University of Maryland, College Park seeks an Admissions and Recruitment Coordinator to partner with Executive and Associate Directors to execute events and outreach that attract inquiries, applicants and yield new students who meet enrollment objectives.
The role engages with CRM, conducts high-quality events in person and virtual, advises stakeholders across Student Services, Career Services, Alumni Relations and Marketing, and supports ongoing competitive intelligence gathering.
ORGANIZATION SUMMARY STATEMENT
This position will support Executive and Associate Directors with the tactical execution of activities and events designed to attract inquiries, applicants and yield new students who meet or exceed enrollment and profile objectives.
Ability to lift ten lbs. On occasion, transporting and carrying print materials and supplies to on- or off-site events.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience:
Three (3) years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or higher education.
Other:
Additional work experience as defined above may be substituted on a year for year basis for up to four (4) years of the required education. Knowledge of policies, procedures, and institutional purpose and goals.
